Last weekend we promised an update with some exciting news about our next steps in our physical gatherings for Sunday, so here it is! Beginning this Sunday, June 7th, we will offer both regular seating as well as socially distanced seating. What this means is that we will have a lot more seats available, and unless you want a socially distanced seat, you do not need to use the “Save Your Seat” system for the gathering you plan to attend.
We understand that because of your profession, health, or preference, you might still want a socially distanced seat, and we honor and respect that. We are continuing to provide a safe and sanitized environment for you, and we can offer you a socially distanced seat. All you need to do is go to oneplacechurch.com, scroll down on the first page and find the “Save Your Seat” button, and save your seat. Again, if you do not want a socially distanced seat, there is no need for you to save your seat online. All you need to do is show up to the gathering of your choice. We are not ready to begin offering children’s programming this Sunday, but we are getting close. So bring your kids along with you into the worship center this Sunday. And of course, we will be live across all our online platforms for all our gatherings.
I’m also excited to announce our new gathering times. Beginning this Sunday, we head into our summer schedule, so that means our gathering times are 9:00am and 10:30am. Barring inclement weather, we will have after parties following both gatherings, so come ready to party and visit with everyone you have missed!
This Sunday we are also beginning a brand-new teaching series called “Grace Revolution,” and this series couldn’t come at a better time considering the current climate of our culture and nation. It is time for the church to rise and through Jesus be the hope and light of the world. Invite a friend along; we can’t wait to be with you! God bless.
